Summer Horse Camp

A Day On The Farm
A one-day experience for groups of 10 or more. Day care Centers, Sunday School Groups, Scouts, School groups and Family Groups are welcome. Includes feeding horses, leading and petting, riding in a round pen, hot dogs and drinks and age appropriate games.

Private Lessons

Private riding lessons(Western) are given by appointment on the 1st and 2nd Saturdays of the month.

Ages 6-17    45-50 Min   $30/Session
Adults          55-60 Min $40/Session

You may purchase riding helmets or use ours. It's imperative that riders have the following:

Helmets
Boots or hard bottom shoes w/heel
Long Pants
Sun Screen Lotion

Birthday Parties
Have a western themed birthday party! Refreshments, games, and horse rides included. Call for menu options.

Therapeutic Riding
A specialized riding program for persons with disabilities. Contact us for more information.

Boarding
We offer Full Board and Half boarding for horses. We offer scheduled veterinarian visits and reliable, loving care.

Adopt-A-Troop
Sponsors adopt a boy scout or girl scout troop. They spend two to three nights camp out. During that time, they are given study guides and guided instructions on horsemanship. Camp activities will lead to earning horse related badges. They have hands-on experience with horses, fun games, competitions and do their own cooking.

Family/Social Events/Field Trip Center
Sandy Ridge Farms is available for family outings and social events. We offer guided horse rides, trail rides and recreational games.
